Giles Norbury is a registered Sleep Therapist. He has further qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy.
When starting as a therapist, he found that sleep was a common factor in many of his clients’ concerns, and so he subsequently decided to focus his professional development specifically in this area.
Having suffered from periods of sleep deprivation himself, he is very aware of the negative consequences of insomnia. He therefore gets immense satisfaction from helping and seeing his clients make dramatic progress.

At the start of therapy, I will need to ask for your full contact details as well as those of your GP and next of kin. I will also ask for permission to contact your GP should it be appropriate to do so.
